1. Overview
Blockrora merch is produced and fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner. Because each item is created specifically when an order is placed, we do not hold physical stock or process returns ourselves.
This policy outlines how issues, returns, and refunds are handled.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with manufacturing defects, printing issues, or the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Conditions:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the product and the packaging.
- Once verified, a free replacement or store credit will be issued.
Examples covered:
- Misprints
- Wrong size or colour compared to order
- Damaged during shipping
- Poor print quality
- Manufacturing defects
3. Lost Shipments
If your package does not arrive, we will work with the fulfillment provider to investigate.
A replacement can be issued only when:
- The shipping address was entered correctly, and
- The carrier confirms the package was lost.
If tracking shows the order as delivered, Blockrora cannot issue refunds or replacements.
4. Returns Due to Buyer Error
Because all products are made to order, Blockrora cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Buyer dislikes the fit, colour, or material
- Unclaimed shipments returned to sender

5. Exchanges
We do not support direct exchanges at this time.
Customers wishing to change size or style must place a new order.
6. Address Issues
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer:
- The fulfillment partner will charge additional shipping fees, and
- The customer must cover the cost for re-shipment.
We cannot refund or replace orders lost due to address errors.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Most orders enter production within a few hours, so cancellation is rarely possible.
8. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted when:
- An item arrives damaged or defective (with proof)
- A lost shipment is verified by the carrier
- Blockrora/fulfilment has made an error
Refunds are not granted for reasons outside the above conditions.

All products are fulfilled by a third-party provider who manages:
- Printing

Blockrora facilitates support but does not physically handle products.
