Who can apply?
Teams whose Solana project was submitted to Colosseum’s Crypto World’s Fair (Solana track) or CLOCK IN, the Solana Mobile hackathon. We check Crypto World’s Fair entries against Colosseum’s Arena directory, and CLOCK IN entries against the link you send (your submission, repository or demo).
How do we write the press release?
250 to 1,200 words, factual, in the third person: what you built, the problem it solves, how it uses Solana, what’s next. A founder quote is welcome; Markdown is fine. No price predictions, token sale promotion or investment advice. Add a picture of at least 1200 × 600 pixels, up to 2 MB, that you have the right to use.
How does the price work?
It starts at $50 and rises $2 with every project that pays, to $200 at most. The price you see when you apply is yours. You pay in USDC on Solana with any Solana Pay wallet, plus a network fee of a fraction of a cent.
What if you can’t verify our entry?
We refund your payment in full, to the wallet that paid, within five working days. The same goes if we decline a release that doesn’t meet our standards. Our editors may edit for clarity, accuracy and style.
Is it labelled?
Yes. It’s published as a press release, and its links are marked as paid, as search engines require.
Are you part of these hackathons?
No. The Spotlight is run by Blockrora and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Colosseum, Solana Mobile, RadiantsDAO or the Solana Foundation.
